REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be processed.

 

2. Return Conditions

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these requirements:

 

The item must be in brand new, unused condition and in its original packaging (including all tags, accessories, and packaging materials).

 

All returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., a copy of the receipt or order confirmation email).

 

3. How to Apply for a Return

If you qualify for a return, please follow these steps to apply for a refund:

Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service staff will review your request and provide a return authorization number and the corresponding return address.

 

Return the Goods: Pack the returned goods carefully, write your return authorization number on the outside of the package, and send it to the designated address. Please use a trackable shipping method.

 

4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund request within 5-10 business days.

 

The refund will be processed through your original payment method. The specific time may vary depending on your bank or payment institution.

 

5. Shipping Costs: Unless the goods need to be returned due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defect), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

 

If the goods you receive are defective or incorrect and need to be returned, we will cover the return shipping costs.
