1. What is your refund and return policy?

 

Leatheryer Pattern LLC offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. 2. How do I initiate a return?

 

To process a return, please contact our customer service team. Please email peterconnor@leathyerpattern.com or call us at (615) 629-2799. Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization number.

 

3. Do you offer exchanges?

 

Currently, we only accept refunds. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item to receive a refund, and then reorder the item you wish to purchase.

 

4. How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

 

After receiving your returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used when you made the purchase.

 

5. Who pays for return shipping?

 

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return the item and receive a refund after receiving it.

 

7. How can I track my order?

 

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a tracking link. You can enter this tracking number on our website to check the order status.

 

8. Do you offer international shipping?
